Plumbing Project Manager

HVAC Inc., a Laval-based company specializing in building mechanical systems, is steadily growing with over 45 years of experience and innovation, and is currently seeking a Plumbing Project Manager

Under the supervision of the Director of Ventilation, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Coordinating project execution, from site start-up through to end-of-project interventions;

• Working with the General Superintendent and the designated Foreman to plan the various stages of work, ensuring efficiency and proper procurement;

• Preparing project schedules;

• Managing and adhering to budgets;

• Billing;

• Contributing to labor forecasting and ensuring the smooth progress of ongoing projects;

• Monitoring shop drawings and, in collaboration with the Drafting Department Director, ensuring documents are forwarded for coordination and on-site installation.

• DEC in Building Mechanical Systems (Mechanical Engineering Technology) or equivalent training;

• Strong ability to manage priorities;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with staff;

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Bilingualism is an asset.
